DSL Services

• Symmetrical Digital Subscriber Line (SDSL)
  
  SDSL is a symmetrical service, which means the upstream speed is the same as the downstream speed. Feynman Group SDSL is 35 times faster than a 28.8 Kbps dial-up modem and is available in various speeds up to 1.5 Mbps. Symmetrical lines are ideal for businesses looking for fractional T-1 speeds to support applications like web hosting or sending large file attachments. All Feynman Group SDSL connections are provided with service level agreements that guarantee a specified level of speed and network uptime.
• ISDN Digital Subscriber Line (IDSL)
  
  IDSL is able to deliver always-on connections with speeds up to 144 Kbps and as far as 26,000 feet (almost five miles) from the central office. With a greater distance capability, IDSL is ideal for businesses located slightly outside the reach of traditional DSL that need high-speed access.

T-1 Services

• Point-to-Point T-1 (Private Line)
  
  Feynman Group offers T-1 technology in several different fashions. The most stable and reliable solution is a Point-to-Point T-1 Private Line. This option is completely private and provisioned in a Point-to-Point fashion directly from your location to the Feynman Group data facility. Private Line technology offers a 100% Committed Information Rate (CIR), enterprise level technical support, and four hour mean time to repair for all line-related issues. The final leg of this solution uses SHARP Fiber Optic provisioning. SHARP stands for Self Healing Alternate Route Protocol, which, in short, means your T-1 line has multiple paths to the internet, and if one of those paths breaks, your internet service will not be affected.
  
  In addition, this solution does not require the full utilization of the T-1 line for internet access. The Private Line itself still has the full capacity (1.54 Mb), but access speed to the internet can be managed by Feynman Group at your request. Subsequently, you will be able to scale access according to your needs and budget, while getting the benefits of the industry's best internet technology.
• Fractional T-1
  
  For businesses requiring high-speed access without the Private Line price tag, we offer Fractional T-1 services. Feynman Group Fractional T-1 services are available in increments from 384k, to 768k, to 1.1 Mbps, even up to a full T-1 (1.5 Mbps) with a 50% Committed Information Rate (CIR). As your business grows, you can easily add additional bandwidth based on your usage and business requirements.
